There's always a minimum amount of strength you need to be able to carry whatever weapon or armor you want, and there's no point in increasing it beyond that. I can't think of a single game where I play with a build that has max strength.

If you're a big football fan, you don't just check CNN for the scores, you watch ESPN, listen to radio personalities, watch videos made by other fans about your team and/or the league.
