I guess this is as good a place as any to ask.
Are there any OSTs similar to either Guilty Gear's or Armored Core's?
I find both of those to be unique because they're both made by an actual in-house band rather than just a composer.
But also because they have a certain sound to them that doesn't really feel like video game music, I guess.
Or maybe because none of them sound like background tracks, but like actual songs meant to be focused on. I'm not very sure.
