This isn't a Blizzard game you little scrublord. The way to get better at this game isn't to whine until the developer buffs / nerfs characters for you. If you're losing against Ryu a lot, you practice the matchup and get better.
Capcom has already said, even before the game came out, they're not doing any major balance changes until the Capcom Cup at the end of the year. (They've technically made some balance changes that they consider bugfixes, like eliminating a bunch of option selects, since SF5 isn't supposed to have a lot of those.)
