Cartman and Rick are nice ideas, but literally neither foxy or papyrus have a voice, and also are both outdated meme games of the month now

Rick (If there is a new poker night i'm dead certain he'll be in it. There is no way he wont)
Rubick (Dota 2) (Valve needs atleast one character in the game so might as well make it a great Dota character)
Eggman (I'll take Sonic Boom eggman if they really wanna push that one. He's pretty based either way)
