Thought on Revelations 2?

Thought on Revelations 2?

It was okay, I had a lot more fun with Raid Mode than I should have. I stopped playing it after I got the completion medallion on all the stages.

Modern resi is average at best.

>Should have
What kind of asshole says something should be within a set bar and not surpass it?

Decent, nothing particularly special but it's a good game.

it was fucking shit, didn't even bother to finish episode 2, seriously backtracking in this age?

I bought this one steam a while ago, but only played 30 minutes. Not because I didn't like it but just because I didn't have time. It seems pretty different from other RE games and I'm not sure if I want to continue. Like I said it's not that I dislike it, it's just I'm not sure if it's worth it.

It's not the best in the series but I really enjoyed it. You can see the low budget but it really captures the spirit of the original games. I replayed it quite a few times even tried to see how quickly I could beat it and the only other time I have done that is REmake so yeah I liked it.

Was pretty good, Moira is a great character and I hope she's in the next game.

Too bad the zombies were slowed down for the raid mode, making it a complete snoozefest. I will never understand that decision.

best RE since 4 because it's slower and focuses on spooky enviroments instead of over the top action.

To be fair, Revelations 1 was like that as well.

best RE since in a while because they actually tried to inject some atmosphere into this, but still fairly boring due to REV's simplefied mechanics and bland approach to combat and level design

>Revelations 1
>not over the top action

yeah, but revelations1 felt way too much like the handheld game it originally was with its super short levels, in my opinion. the jill chapters were really cool though.

not even slightly horrifying. waste of development money

when was the last time a resident evil was 'horrifying'? re6 being horrifyingly bad doesn't count.

Barry is the man. Every moment with him was awesome.

source nigga how could you forget

Revelations 1 > Revelations 2 hands down

Some nice callback lines and return of based barry. Enjoyed it

>responding to survival horror autists

Shit on Barry by making him a retard that left his guns laying around.

Didn't really like the fear virus stuff, the setting, or the plot setup except for Claire actually being targeted. It makes it less if a contrived coincidence that she's in yet another outbreak scenario.

that's an anti-excuse, not an excuse
