What baffles me is why they care. It's not like anyone ever uses gendered pronouns when talking about the person they are talking to.

No one ever says "he" or "she" when they are talking to the person they are talking to. They say "you", which is the same no matter your sex. Literally, referring to a person he and she are used for the benefit of everyone except that person.

I mean think about it. Suppose he are talking to someone, and that that someone he are talking to keeps referring to him in third person pronouns when clearly that person he is talking to is talking to him.

Now replace all of those He's and him's with "you". Suddenly it makes a lot more sense.

Why don't we just initiate a coordinated strike to reclaim the pages? Starting with Princess Zelda. Then, when they lock the page, we move unto Sheik. So on so forth, until we've pressured Triforce Tony into surrender?

Regarding the whole Sheik "debate", I don't get why they didn't just put 'male' as their gender unless there's some new term for identifying as trans but using pronouns that don't match (male using she/her, female using he/her).

The most common word used to colloquially refer to other people in my language more or less translates to "it". Even in more formal contexts (which is for homos) my language only has a single, nongendered word for he/she.
