Well yeah, they're reflection of metroid fans
The Mechs right next to them are 4.3 meters tall
>Nintendo continues to find new ways to milk the Metroid brand without actually making a real new Metroid.
Does this ride ever stop?
>forced stealths sections in an already shitty game
TANABEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Underrated
Its called SD
What's wrong user?
It's just love and romance

Everything about this game is Nintendo's fault and not wanted by anyone
-The shitty graphics are a result of having to put it on a 2005 tier hardware handheld
-The shitty artstyle is a result of the above
-The shitty slow gameplay is a result of having it be playable with a fucking stylus on a touchpad, inb4 Kid Icarus was good no it wasn't and would have been better with a wiimote or classic analog
-the focus on the 3DS to begin with is because their main console failed and they have no confidence in the rest of its audience to buy the games
Everything about modern Nintendo is shit, shit shit SHIT.
Will Metroid ever be free of the Prime meme? Will we ever get a good 2D Metroid again?
Why can they churn out decent Mario sidescrollers every 5 minutes, but can't just give us one half-assed Super/Fusion clone?
Don't know about you, but Nintendoland's Metroid Blast was a pretty awesome little game, and having played Fed Force's demo, I have to admit it looks to be a fun game too.
If it manages to be fun, and they intend to keep making spinoffs that are similarly fun, then I won't complain.
Yeah they might be fun, but they're not Metroid.
The graphics and art style are fine. Just not remotely fitting for a Metroid title.
>Metroid Blast
It was pretty awesome to say the least, but FF doesn't look nearly as good and the controls are awful and not nearly as responsive for obvious reasons.
Hell I would have bought a full Metroid Blast game.
It doesn't use stylus controls
>The graphics and art style are fine
Not in 2016 they aren't.
I'm okay with chibi, I love it when it's used like Bravely Default or Rune Frontier, but it clashes too much with Metroid and the graphics are plain bad and worse than 90% of smartphone games on the market.
Let's face, it focusing on the 3D was a mistake and they should have done a Vita like console but with Nintendo titles, everyone out there doesn't even use the 3D effect to save some battery.
I don't care if it's wrong, but I'm more interested in the game thanks to the suit thing because it reminds me of Blaster Master.
Yeah sorry it uses gyro on a handheld, even better.
And if you want a decent control scheme you have to buy the actually modern 3DS or an additional controller that feels and looks like shit.
Chibi
they're manlets
They can't be that retarded to pull that twist and expect people to like it right?
Right?
>current year
It looks good, man. Metroid shouldn't use chibi, which isnwhy it doesn't work. They could have made this a bew IP.
fucking amazign early PS1 graphics bro.
Where can i back this epic kickstarter game?
> -The shitty graphics are a result of having to put it on a 2005 tier hardware handheld
>implying that's a legitimate excuse for why it looks like shit
You have multiple third party games that look much better than federation force. The only real inherent issue is the resolution which yeah it's complete shit and someone should have slapped everyone in management for letting that be green flag for final production.
...
You can't leave the suit whenever you want that's only for forced stealth levels.
Just like any other mechanic in this dumb game it's just an afterthought.
>Let's face, it focusing on the 3D was a mistake
The real mistake was focusing on 3D when the tech wasn't there. Combine the N3DS face tracking thing with a higher resolution display, and you might have something.

Why do you keep posting this?
How can you manage to take an idea as cool as 'mech game but in metroid' and turn it into this?
