An all Mulan team gets destroyed by a single Elsa. She freezes your fireworks and takes you all out at range. Then you rage at me for not healing you while you chase after her in a vain attempt to get in melee range.

Mulan is best on defence, she can hold an objective and take out key enemy targets. She doesn't have the range or mobility for a good offense. Switch to Merida or Jasmine for that.

She's not great but she's an excellent pocket character. Ice giants are a decent tank, she can completely shut down Merida with ice shields, and she can outrange Mulan.

Her one downside (high chance of an accidental teamkill) is mitigated if your team keeps their distance from you. If you're THAT worried about it you can put extra points into the Troll skill tree, but you really don't need it.
