Well first of all, there is no 1080M, it's just a desktop 1080 with some tweaks.
Secondly, there are desktop 1060s in laptops, and with a single 1060, a mobile i7, and 8 GB of RAM you could easily approach the PS4's TDP.

It's on a fucking MXM card, it's not PCIe so it's still a 1080M. It also benchmarks slightly worse due to the lower TDP and inability to sustain the boost clock as long. This also isn't the first time Nvidia released a mobile product at nearly the same specs as the desktop part, they made a version of the GTX 980M that was running at desktop GTX 980 clock speeds with all shaders / ROPs / TMUs unlocked.

The only reason this shit even exists now is because every watt Intel cuts from their laptop chips, Nvidia then tries to steal with their retarded 125-150W laptop GPUs. A laptop GPU should never have a TDP over 100W.
