Tyranids and orks are built to be perfect antagonsts.

Games rarely have you play as a swarmy race. People want to wade through 1000s of enemies, not die 1000s of times.

Well it isn't an upfront form of storytelling, it's moreso down to piecing things together through observation. Co-op is definitely a tack on though.
