Did you watch the hour of footage, I may have been wrong about you specifically "controlling" them but thier A.I isn't retarded in this regard since you can control who they aim at. And it's not just for combo attacks. There are combo AND solo attacks that you can use for set ups during combat. And they werent very retarded in the demo so I doubt they're as useless as you're making it seem
