Well, you can find it for free if you search for it, unfortunately you can't really buy a legit copy.
Ever played a shmup? If not, i recommend starting somewhere else, because hellsinker has way too many systems going on and the amount of shit going on might be a tad overwhelming.

Also no one actually knows the plot of the game, and if they say they do they are lying. But what i gathered from it is that a cat tripped over something it shouldn't and the computer that manages the world turned off that's also why you can hear a cat in some of the game's tracks. The final boss is an endurance run where you just survive until the computer resets, and when it's over the game closes and kicks you back to the desktop
