Ever wanted to solve mysteries along your Sup Forums friends? This game is for you!
Prove your client's innocence by cracking witnesses as a defense attorney! Bully the defense and destroy their hopes and dreams as a prosecutor! Mastermind an unnecessarily complex murder like a 60s movie's villain as a witness! Control the trial's flow and hand penalties to those who go out of the line as a judge! Decide the case's fate and bring the evidence that will change the game as a detective!
We have a server there that has dozens of people, come join us!
Avoid the /vg/ thread unless you want cancer. Nobody who plays the game posts in the thread except for people ripping 3d characters.
William Morris
Going to /vg/ was a huge mistake, damn. It was much better at Sup Forums.
Benjamin Brown
Make sure to note that you can download the base game which does not have music, but is also a far less heftier download.
Landon Barnes
>he's upset he got BTFO'd in the thread and sinks away from different opinions

Honestly, both can be pretty awful. Just different kind of shits.
I agree though.

Want to play but don't want to put the windows font to 100% so the game is fucked up. Too bad, I guess.
Luis Nelson
The client is shit, but fortunately a better one is being made.
Liam Green
Yeah? Game looks fun so I might give it a try when it comes out.
Joseph Cook
Hopefully it comes out soon.
Ryan Reed

Blake Thomas
What have been your best moments in any case?
Pic related is probably mine.
Blake King
One of two moments. Either my first time as Prosecution during RED Turnabout 2, where I had 2 members of the defense and a witness exposed as capitalist spies. Or when I led in a one witness case and exposed Larry Butz's true identity as the Hobo King trying to get a squatter off his favorite spot.
Ethan Edwards
Wait what happened to the font? I remember playing it ~7 months ago and the font was fine.

Miles was a cunt, but I can't blame him he didn't get to do anything all case I was the Ray who had to sit and watch him go full truth fag.

Angel Hughes

David Morgan
Have we had any good screenshots of Payne Train or Payne Prime yet?
Zachary Green
asspulling
Julian Ortiz
Do you have the doc though?
Landon Gray
I have two problems >shit looks hard as fuck >how can I fit 6 hour sessions into my schedule
Elijah Hill
>shit looks hard as fuck There are easy roles
>how can I fit 6 hour sessions There are roles that can leave after like 2 or 3 hours
Christopher Ortiz
Some roles are harder then others. Defense/Witness/Detective are probably the hardest roles, with Judge/Prosecution being the easier roles.
>implying you aren't a jobless neet
Evan Green
Support defense/support prosecution are good roles for starters, and also often leave halfway through trials with nobody noticing.
why can't they just play defense for a while until they get to know the game
Matthew Hill
Because a new person would come into the game thinking that defense must always win.
Mason Hall
Sort of the correct mentality though
Cooper White
yeah been considering trying this I have to write notes, right? and do I communicate with my team often
Christopher Bell
Confirmed a new player
Thomas Edwards
Writing notes is good practice. Communicating with your team is basically [putting shit in brackets] and having everyone else pretend that they didn't see it. So don't put anything too important in them, like contradictions and the such.
Evan Wood
This seems neat. How does it all kinda go down though? Like are witnesses shown details that they are supposed to testify about if asked? Is there a proper guilty/not guilty condition or is it all role playing that's made up on the spot?
Xavier Walker
Been here since week 1
All made up on the spot, basically coming up with the most reasonable solution to the murder mystery at hand
Kevin Morgan
Oh, and is the judge also the jury?
I'm a pretty impartial guy. I think I'd make a pretty good judge and base it all on facts presented.
Eli Evans
>I have to write notes, right? There's a google doc for each case and a stenographer roll in each case. So it's not important for you to write stuff down but it's a good idea.
Brayden Young
The only real "not guilty" condition is a confession. Other than that, it's guilty/mistrial
Jack Morris
Judge, yes. Jury, sometimes. There are special cases that people sometimes do. Jury is one of them.
Lincoln Garcia
Yeah I know. I just saw some fags share their notes after a trial so i thought it's the way to do it Guess its more important if you're lead
Caleb Brown
Have a classic.
Cooper Price
Newfriends should observe some cases and most of their questions will be answered.
So is there a way to just sit in on a case? I don't have the balls to jump into play right away, but I'd like to spectate.
Jackson Lopez
Sure senpai, just pick someone and dont talk in the top left chat. You can use the right side chat, click the server button once to use our servers chat and then talk there.
Elijah Sanchez
Another update another list of characters that get their emotes fucked.

Shit, what server? Attorney Online Vidya?
Elijah Ward
Attorney Online Vidya (Dedicated)
Zachary Watson
This is true of every single thread on /vg/. Anyone who says to go back there for anything never seems to get that board isn't for talking about video games at all.
Dylan Kelly
So what colors mean what?
Black is normal talking Green is testimony Blue is actions
Or.. what?
Christian Wright
have you played at least one ace attorney game? Doesn't seem like it.
Adrian White
...
Oliver Miller
I played the first two, maybe three, but that was years ago.
Juan Powell
Black - speech Green - testimony Orange - actions Blue - thoughts
Andrew Taylor
Is that some epic meme or what? Normal talking is fucking WHITE yet you all get triggered over white so you must say it is black? EA wants to hire you two.
Anthony James
Sweet, thanks. The little details like that have evaporated over the years.
Lucas Edwards
>Is that some epic meme or what?
Jesus christ you are such a faggot.
Anyway, it's black when you type it and white when it's said... so it can really go either way.
Cameron Morris
Shouldn't you be burning a car or something with other activists?
Nicholas Green
Is stenographer newbie friendly? I want to do something, but not something that'll end up ruining everything.
Joseph Ward
Everyone will love you for being a stenographer however it is pretty difficult, you basically need to be a fast typer since you will have to type what everyone says in the document or at least a summary of what they are saying so people can read it later and have an idea of the most important.
Connor Scott
If you tell them you're new beforehand there shouldn't be a problem
Tyler Gomez
And parenthesis or brackets are ignored? Leme know what I need to do, I might step up for courtroom 2.
Daniel Wilson
(( )) is considered out of character ( ) and blue text is considered self monologue
Easton Morgan
Looks like people are whispering to each other IC with white ( ), does the steno hear that?
