Does Scout even have many feats to work with? From what I remember the comics don't really help him that much compared to the rest of the classes.

And Tracer has jackshit in terms of feats. Just 2 cinematics, and whatever bullshit "calculations" they can pull from ingame shit.

Only thing Tracer has over Scout is her warping ability. Scout is faster, he can heal himself by hitting her, he has a stun, and he does insane damage up close
