That honestly sounds like a Minecraft-clone with more depth to the RPG elements. I can see the abandoned early access page and developer murder-suicide now.

i always imagined something like this being sold as a $1000 dollar console that receives constant updates. A real sized accurate depiction of Earth based on google maps or something. And you can add outer space and paranormal shit. You could have players who start wars creating call of duty games. Then some people would be sent on stealth missions like splinter cell or hitman. Or you could be a city planer and play sim city or be a family man and play the sims. the possibilities go on and on.

I've had an idea for a video game series for a long time that I think would be the greatest video game series ever created, though a very ambitious project. Everything would be 10/10, graphics, gameplay, story, content, music, etc. No shortcuts, no cutting corners, no Todd or Sean 3.0. There would be nothing to complain about. Though it would be such a huge project that each individual game in the series would probably be some of the most expensive games to make in the history of video games as well as it would take years to fully complete them in my perfect vision without cutting or downgrading anything. Like if there could be a classification higher than Triple-A, this series would be at that level. I would love to make my dream come to fruition, however I know nothing of how to make a video game, I'm just an idea man, plus my idea is such a huge project that it would need a huge team of some of the most talented developers as well as a lot of money.

Dwarf fortress but with a way more advanced faction system in addition to advanced interpersonal relationships. Also heavy lovecraftian influence and the ability to travel to alternate realms like the Dreamlands or Leng. And if we're gonna get really crazy, lets give it 3d graphics.
