When you fuck a races shit up so much of course barely anyone is going to play them.
That said every race looks shitty when you get down to it. Saiyans get shit on with a bad representation of Super Saiyan 1 and 2 with the max for them being 3 which is the ugliest Super Saiyan. Namekians and Humans only get Giant form and Cloud+Power Pole each to them in that order. Friezas just get a recolor to gold and Majins all just transform into a stock recolors of a character.

No. In Dragon Ball canon, when you die on a planet you go to that planets afterlife. This has been touched on a bit here and there, most recently in Resurrection F when Frieza talks about wanting to destroy Earth not only because of Goku, but because he hated it's Hell.
They'll likely never meet as planet Saiyan is gone, therefore nobody else can enter it's after life.
This is also why it was a big fucking deal when Kid Buu was trying to destroy the Kai world.

Not much is really shown in that vid, but fast forward to 1:35. This conference was the first to reveal Majin Vegeta (sorta) and even shows a pic of Meta-Cooler. But that's not what I'm talking about here, look at the Spanish text. I noticed a few key words halfway through the paragraph:

That line translates to "will feature hundreds of characters" in English.
We know every character from the first game and DLC (58 in total) is coming back for XV2, and we know of Zarbon, Dadoria, Future Gohan, 16, Imperfect Cell, Majin Vegeta, Turles, Slug, Cooler, Final Form Cooler, Meta-Cooler (unconfirmed yet), Super Gogeta, Janemba, Time Breaker Bardock, DBS Future Trunks and Goku Black (Pre-Order). We know Teen Future Trunks, Time Breaker Broly, Time Breaker Janemba, Time Breaker Golden Frieza, Time Breaker Kid Buu and Time Breaker Yamcha will appear but we don't know if they'll be playable.
If these characters are also playable, that means we know about 74-80 playable characters so far. What have Dimps not shown us yet?

All of your replies are fucking retarded. Originally in Dragon Ball, when you die and your soul is sent to Hell it gets purified and reborn as a new being. There are however exceptions to this rule, one being Frieza as shown in Resurrection F.
This is going by actual lore and the manga, in the anime Hell is a place they roam around, in the manga it is a place where you get reborn.
