They're not lazy. They're a sweat shop. They take on a shit ton of contracts at once and have to work their guys into the ground to try to make the deadlines. Everything is rushed and shitty as a result. They bleed talent as fast as they can hire college grads. Telltale is an awful studio.

Depends on what you're reading/watching. A lot of comics depict him as somewhat lanky with some muscle but then you have the animated series where everyone looks like a gorilla.
