i had no expectations because i didn't really knew about this games existence

i just play it after work to relax and explore its chill
but 60bucks is way too much money
for that money they have to work on new features like shipbuilding basebuilding and such

I probably would have played the fuck out of this game if it had a reasonable multiplayer. Heck even just beeing able to explore with your friends would have already helped a lot. Also the shipcombat sucks ass and the semi-autopilot the ship has that prevents you from crashing into the planet makes it annoying to fly near the surface.

It's alright. Could/should have been much more though.

This should be 15bux at most.

I actually had a nightmare today about me buying NMS and that the start of the game took 1 hour and 59 minutes because It froze and stuttered.
I was desperate and clicked Alt-F4 right before the 2 hour mark so I could refund it.

What a great feeling when you refund NMS in your dreams.

I liked it better when it was called spore.

I don't mind tedium, grind or a slow pace in a video game. I actually enjoy games like that. I enjoy games like Monster Hunter, Total War, Yakuza and survival titles that really test the player and campaigns / playthroughs have tons of content to do.

I wasn't hyped for this shit at all. I was insanely skeptical. I bought it knowing what kind of piece of shit I was getting into.

I was hopeful under the faults there would be a deep space adventure game with things to do. Turns out that's not true.

The way you make money in the game never changes. You just mine and trade. You can scan all animals on one planet to get like big money amounts but I spent like 1 hour on a planet looking for the last 2 species and could never find them. I also spend 1 hour on another planet with just 6 species and couldn't complete them.

I've flown in the space and I get a message of a pirate escaping with a bounty of 10,000 units. That's a pathetic amount since the ships in this game cost like fucking 7 million for a decent one.

Trading is also fucking retarded. You just have to warp until you find a system where the alien spaceship / trader buys something 100% their price, like plutonium. Then you land and mine and fill up the ship and fly back 3 or 4 times to make like 6 or 8 million depending on the size of your ship. Also there's literally no need to invest in ship modifications. Just disassemble all guns and make room for hauling shit.

Game is insanely repeatitive. I've gone to so many systems where I just look at a planet from distance and if it looks ugly with shit stained colors I don't even bother to land. Only a few planets have turned out to be fun. The whole Atlas thing is retarded, although I haven't finished it. The entire game only has 3 alien species. Every ground based event is a pathetic repeat of the last. Whenever I see shelters and check the insides all I get is "Already known" on blueprints.
