It's Monster Hunter Lite but 2FAST2FURIOUS. It's incredibly fast paced and is anime as fuck, so silly outfits and oversized weapons.

The soundtrack is great and the waifus are great.

Also, lots of outfits for maximum comfy.

I preordered blindly because of Alisa. I'll be playing on PSV, I don't have a PS4. I have a PC though but I want a physical edition for this game because of Alisa.

Do the parts run out after I use them for upgrades? meaning I have to grind the monster again to get more upgrades or do I use the monster parts as 'technology' and allow me to upgrade indefinitely.

It's a mission-based 3rd person action game. You deploy to an environment with the express objective of killing certain monsters.

Like others have said, it's very fast paced. You have dashes, combos, aerial combos, cancels, and your weapon can switch between a gun and a melee weapon on the fly.

If you're okay with repetitive environments and repetitive monsters, it's really goddamn fun. Plus the entire game can be played co-op.

Yes, if you want more monster parts you'll have to kill more monsters.

The parts get used up, but your never really grinding unless you want a specific part, doing all the story and free missions once should get you just about everything you need unless you do terribly.

You can actually synthesize them as well once you have gotten the parts before, so the grinding is rather minimal.

The locked 30fps on PS4 pushed me away.

The anime only covers about a third of Resurrection and is also a pretty different take.

That said, I haven't played GE2, but it doesn't seem to be a direct sequel to Resurrection, storywise.

Resurrection actually blends in some stuff from God Eater 2, as well as adding a third story arc.

The game was rebuilt from the ground up using God Eater 2's engine and uses God Eater 2's gameplay and improvements. Voice acting was redone, and a ton of new content was added.

There is, you can even change the size of numbers. The numbers are mostly good when you want to compare builds or bullets against enemies.

Guzzle. Extremely useful for controlling distance between yourself and aragami, and it's fast.

I stopped using guzzle because the back step seemed to fuck me over one too many times by putting me back into the path of an attack I would have dodged. So I kept Sturm.

Cornix because the OP recovery is godlike and I can use it to extend my air time.

I wish the spear's charged state could be maintained after a devour because that shit would be OP with Cornix letting you stay up in the air to keep comboing a weak point.

Cornix is great, but I eventually went back to Raven because it's functionally the same while being Rank 2, and I was ending up maxing out my OP gauge long before I felt like ending my combo.

I use Guzzle to close the distance, not to dodge attacks. It's a good opener, and the soft backdash helps with spacing.

No, that was Arda Nova. Dyaus was fought like a chapter before it. The 3 final bosses of Resurrection were
Arda Nova, Corrosive Hannibal, Arius Nova

it has the same gameplay with GE 2 , its just more basic

Arius Nova is pretty annoying if you forget to pack poison resistance.
