It was more a mix of everyone being new to the game together and playing at low ranks. The more you play and the higher levels you gain and get matched with the better you and everyone around you gets, and everyone knows how to deal with dva bombs and prepare when they see dva setting up.

I'm still relatively new to the game (40 hours) but she seems like the easiest to take out if someone manages to flank her. She has almost no defense against it while Reinhardt and Roadhog can kind of fight back.

Her shield is getting a minor nerf soon, should make it harder to switch it on and off on the fly in battle. They're making it so it takes 1 second to start recharging, not 0.5 seconds.

She can just escape if someone flanks her.

Also, if she doesn't escape and her MEKA gets destroyed, she still gets 150 hp character that shoots rapidly and has the smallest hitbox in game.

Why would your nerf D.VA? They still haven't fixed her main issues - slow as fuck movement when firing anx critbox being the entire main body.

Right now it starts recharging her shields a half second before she can actually use them again (0.5 delay before recharge starts but 1 second cooldown on the ability itself). If they change it, it'll discourage people from spamming her shields on and off for short amounts of time since she'd lose a full second of recharge time in addition to however long she kept her shields up for.

1s is long enough, it means you cannot tap it and basically have it whenever you need it.

2s would basically fuck it completely because you effectively gimp the regeneration to the point where it might as well just be on a CD again.

Her kit is good, but she doesnt' have the ability to really protect the entire team like a Rein or save people/enable team kills like Zarya.
