Dude, I hope you know the Microsd and vita memory card is pretty much as small as you can get. There is no going smaller than that. Which means there is no way you can make a adapter that fits into the slot along with a microsd card. It will always be sticking out.
It will always be awkward as fuck to hold a vita with a stupid adapter sticking out. Most likely very uncomfortable as well.
