Everything was solved except nobody could figure out a use for the doll finger.

There was never any big secret, they literally just tricked people by including a bunch of extra bullshit (axe and finger). It's a shameless PT rip off, and they recently released gameplay footage which reveals the gameplay will be linear 'duck when monster' shit.

Though we wasted our precious time and accomplished absolutely nothing in the end, we all became part of the family and that's what really matters.

It's not that videos are going to be made. It's about the type of act the player does. The stupid screaming and dramatics that the almost-downsies can't get enough of.

Again, that's a stupid fucking complaint. There's videos of those dumbasses doing the same thing with SH2 and it's not suddenly a shit game because of it.

What if the tapes are recordings of people who become bosses throughout the game? That way you get to learn something about their tragic backstory but also get a chance to find out how to defeat them.
