Don't buy the game at all, there's a limited amount of praxis kits in game, and you're encouraged to buy more with a dedicated button whenever you visit the praxis allocation screen. Plus when you don't have any praxis, you receive a popup when you visit the allocation screen saying "You can buy more praxis kits in XXXX store"

Well alien hunters was a piece of shit and the rest isn't worth much of anything. You're kind of a retard for putting down money on vague promises of content regardless of how much you "trust" a developer.
It's already been proven and said that Breach is a singleplayer mode that doesnt affect the story at all. And the gameshop in Breach is for buying "cards" that you can use to change parameters in those missions such as what weapons you can use, or being able to use takedowns etc.

Breach isn't really multiplayer. You can challenge players to breach a hub you laid traps for.
Because unless you're an ultra goy there's a good chance you wouldn't buy it once you found out what it actually was. The savings you make relative to the very likely chance the associated DLC is shit doesn't justify it (to anybody sane). Don't pay for nothing.
