In itself its a good game. A lot of people agree with this but say that it doesnt feel like a Dark Souls game. Which is fair.
Its actually my favourite dark souls game, but i can admit that it has its flaws, and that it (somehow) feels pretty different from dark souls 1/demon souls/ even bloodborne.
All in all, a pretty good game, and its ranked among my all time favourites, but i can see its flaws.
As a side note, do we really have to have this thread EVERY SINGLE DAY?

This is a horrible opinion and you fucking know it. Fuck you.
It's too easy. Not even kidding, beat every boss in the game in 1 or 2 tries, only struggled with Nameless King but he's still a joke compared to some of the encounters in BB or DS2 dlc.
If it wasn't for this I would probably rate DS3 highest in the series (aside from BB) because it fixed the combat issues from DS1 and the level design problems from DS2, plus the PvP is great. In the end thought it falls flat because I expect a challenge when I play Souls games and DS3 almost made me fall asleep.
Don't forget about those great gameplay mechanics and bugs.
Such as :
1. Hitboxes
2. Durability tied to framerate
3. Enemy attack speed tied to framerate
4. Soul Memory
5. ADP
6. Limited movesets within a weapon type
We aren't even talking about DS3 fucking retard.

The DS2 DLC boss fights are pretty shit though.
Fume is only hard for a lot of people because his second phase greatsword has a retarded hit box and i frames became stat based.
It was cheap difficulty in a boring arena.

Well of course. My opinion is the only one that matters.
Don't forget Fume is the only boss in the franchise that actually punishes you for exploring thoroughly. If you explore the entire tower and use the wedges to break the status, you'll be a wedge short when you get to him. Meaning you'll have to fight a boss that can regenerate, just because you did exactly what the franchise has been teaching you to do for 3 games.

Having a boss with a massive health pool that can instantly kill you with very little chance of survival outside of using an exploit, a very specific build or insane luck is retarded. The wyverns had the same problem too, who's brilliant idea was it to make fire last so long that by the time you get up from being knocked down by it, you get hit again, with no chance to dodge it.

I think the devs just bought into the "It's really hard" meme and thought that was the point and they tried to achieve that in tedious ways, let's spam the boss run with enemies, let's add more enemies to boss fights, let's add a load of ranged enemies mixed with melee in the open, etc etc, instead of making a consistent world, just make a series of levels then we'll try and make it hard.
That "This is Dark Souls" death achievement made me cringe the first time, I knew from that single thing that that was what I was in for.
In SotFS he comes back something like 8 times.
Smelter demon, Covetous Demon and The king's pet are also reused.
Dark Souls 2 has also some of the worst bosses in the entire franchise, like the Ancient Dragon and the Gank Squad.

I liked it OP. I think DS1 was better but DS2 is still very good and I prefer it's online play to DS1's. There are just far more viable options for PvP in DS2 compared to DS1
