At least in Halo 3 you could mute players. In Overwatch you can also mute, but what's the point if I can't even hide the chat, so it's just a constant storm of toxic, even if we're winning. How can one character trigger so many people and make them throw tantrums or go AFK? Even though we WON the damn match. Like we already won, the match is over, so why am I still getting cussed out by my own team?

I didn't need chat back then to play a team game with objectives, why do I need one now if there's already in-game callouts? I don't need to read what players type. If they have something important to tell me, then just press the callout hotkey.

The only thing that OW community does is make porn. That is a terrible community. No modding scene, no privately owned server scene. Blizz needs to put some community friendly features for this to be even a blip on the radar.

After playing comp all season I couldn't give less of a shit about QP or anyone that plays it. When season 1 closed I played a few QP games and it was such a joke that I just played whatever I felt like regardless of anything else. Surprisingly, no one gave a shit. They were probably doing the same thing.

EU quickplay is pretty good. Seeing whiners and toxic cunts is very rare. Only time someone uses a mic is when they forget to turn it off. It's really chill..

I can agree with this. I've been playing off and on for about two years. I always manage to quit ( 4 months was my longest) and then I end up coming right back. Even though I'm complete trash and hate the game I can't stop wanting to play. Trying to resist reinstalling at this very moment.

And very often you ask yourself if this is even a first person shooter or just some shitty push all the buttons retardfest of no skill. I've dropped the game for three weeks now because of how instead of clicking on other people the game focuses more on you having to teach 30 year old manchildren to play their first fps. And the fact that "everyone" has been waifuposting the game for so long now don't give me any better hopes for the community.
