guess my hopes were a bit too high. I can still play some of the psx games I missed, but having a proper GC emulator connected to my tv would've been better.
I should also find a 'best of genesis' list, since I never had the chance to play many of those, either.

I could never find a comfortable way to play this with a controller otherwise I would.
Saturn emu on mednafen/retroarch is a dream come true. finally the saturn is free.

then you were too lazy to properly set up the controls, it took me quite a bit but it works very well in any level, you gotta play around with it yourself to find the most comfortable way to play this game

Mednafen added saturn support and it is the best saturn emulation outside of the prison that is SSF.
It's not quite perfect yet but it's well on it's way

you basically click an analog stick to move the pointer because otherwise the pointer just stays on the screen all the time and it's annoying
