I literally don't enjoy video games anymore
I literally don't enjoy video games anymore
Then stop playing them.
Wow so hard
Do you have a job?
It seems like most "tired gamers" are NEET.
You literally can not stop sucking cocks all day
Not op but I have a full time career and I too am completely bored of vidya.
I'm currently neet (not for long) and video games are fun as they were back in the '90 for me, even when I'm wageslaving. Seems like the problem is elsewhere.
Do something else then you dumb fuck. You don't have to play games for 24 hours a day. You fucking "tired gamer" faggots are pathetic
Get a second hobby that doesn't have anything to do with computers or the internet.
Your loss
That's because vidya is doodoo now unless you're playing something with friends
When you do something every day for years it's hard to give up. Not even talking about addiction or anything, but what do you do with the spare time you now have?
Bonsai
Gunpla
Fapping
Throat singing
Stamp collecting
The possibilities are endless.
None of it this is nearly as interactive or appealing as vidya.
Maybe you just hate fun, user?
Maybe :(
Felt the same way for awhile. But the devil is in the details. Maybe two games out of fourty within a span of 2 years are enjoyable. The rest are subjectively bad. Given that, maybe you should put on an additional filter to make sure nonsense REALLY doesn't get through. Scrutinize and research the individuals making the games, vet them like they are running for public office.
Quit playing sandbox. It kills the fun.
Try monster hunter
Driving, drawing, playing a musical instrument, practicing sex
OP here, i go to university and i have hobbies (drawing, music...), so the problem's elsewhere
What you don't enjoy anymore is life.
So, you know. KILL YOURSELF.
Hit the gym, and keep playing games. You need to get your competitive edge back, guy.
Doodling in class and fooling around with the guitar you never learned to play properly are not "hobbies".
How is this a bad thing? Find another hobby. My interest in video games is slowly dwindling.
I do stuff like that, that's not leonardo da vinci but yeah i think it's a legit hobby
...
>Throat singing
I do this, it's pretty fun
My nigga
Congratulations, you've won.
Vidya is extremely diverse, you can play vidya every single day for a month and it can be entirely different every single day if you choose the games so - but its also a lot of "the same" all the time because you are literally sitting in the same place using the same controls looking at the same screen.
Still, a new hobby helps a lot, something away from the screen is best. But not to take the spot of video games, just to let your brain breathe in a breath of fresh air because you've been pummeling it with doing the same shit 24/7, staring at the screen and taking games apart with your brain because they are not neaarly as immersive or engaging as they were when you were a kid.
With that said, I'm depressed, I realize the above and I still haven't been able to pick up a hobby to do at the same time.
Working out is probably the easiest and one with the most benefits.
I have computer a mattress and guitar, only possessions. Practice 9+ a day. You may not become a god. But if someone hands you a guitar you'll be able to blow try their gos damn mind. If your neet life isn't full of destractions you can accomplish some pretty insane shit.
Stop playing games for the sake of playing games. Play games that make you excited. Play games that you know you'll like. Play games that you find fun.
im looking forward to being old and growing a big ol beard thats greying
i just hope i've done something with my life by then
lol
Why wait until you're old?
How can you practice 9hours+ a day though?
Discipline or passion?
>Big old beard thats GREYING
or if you're talking about getting my life together, nigga im trying
Pure insanity, a studio apartment with nothing in it but a computer and a guitar. Basically a jail cell with some luxeries. I rarely go outside anymore unless I get stir crazy. I'm also a poor fag, so that work ethic (pun intended?) is just there. If I had money, no doubt it'd be easier to get destracted. Might be a tougher battle for some.
