So all we know is that the guy saw Chapter 0 sometime in May, he then went online, made up a fake "leak" and mixed it in with info we already knew about to try and look legit. We already know that in May this year is when various press got to see Chapter 0, so someone seeing it and then making up fake shit is not farfetched.

Just be sure to remember the spoilers, in case you buy the game, and play it so you will know midways I ruined the game for you.
