My one complaint about the game was that I wish it was easier to get everyone to a respectable level besides grinding the rupee glitch. Fucking adventure maps jump ridiculously in difficulty without warning and if you're just around say level 70 you're gonna get your shit slapped.

On the one hand, it would help reduce grind. On the other I love new characters, and if characters have more than one weapon of the same element I personally just use the one I like better or find more effective. I almost never use Link's horse or gauntlets, for example.

Yeah Epona being a weapon for Link was annoying because it meant that they were de-confirmed and Link has so many weapons, and by that point I only had high level/DLC adventure maps left

HW2 should give you the ability to use whatever weapon skin you want, just with the stats of the strongest weapon you own. I like the default Fierce Deity sword the best, and there is literally no reason to force me to have to use that ugly edgy T3 model instead. Similarly, Agitha's Master Quest skin goes best with her T2.

The 3DS version, for now, is the definitive version. It has the first "season" of DLC included (costumes, colors, adventure maps, OC villains, Twili Midna, Young Link, Tingle) and a bunch of new stuff (two new adventure maps, related costumes, colors, Linkle, Skull Kid, Toon Link, Tetra, King Daphnes). Trident for Ganondorf and Meli are free DLC, there's a bonus epilogue chapter in the story, the game allows you to switch characters mid-missions, control CPU characters with basic directions, and gives you warp points on certain maps. Despite the obvious hit to graphical fidelity, the game runs at a way more stable framerate than the Wii U version ever did, and I would say is overall better.

For reference, you can get all the 3DS characters and upcoming DLC characters on the Wii U version, but you won't get the new adventure mode maps included since a lot of the missions rely on being able to switch characters and warp around.

I doubt they'd do another updated re-release for the NX, and would probably just go right for a sequel.

Ikana's a playable faction in that Zelda mod for Total War.

Bar none the hardest faction early game though because their starting places have fuckall for economy though. Their roster is however, bar none the best in the game but combined with high upkeep and shitty economy their early game is hell. When you lose a soldier, you will fucking feel it because a couple setbacks will fuck you.
