I feel like it's still too early to call it. But "biggest scam" is definitely lurking on the horizon.

It can't be considered a scam when they're actually working on the game and building the features they've shown.

Just because you insist something is a scam, doesn't make it so. You have to actually prove they're taking peoples money and not building anything. All evidence points to the contrary, so by all objective measures, you're flat out wrong in your claim.

eurogamer had an article about the next release they will do, a solar system with 4 planets with asteroids and shit, missions, free flight.. exploration.

Granted I know nothing of videogame development, but the way everything is seamlessly presented to you with no instanced areas (which looks incredible) makes it feel like there are going to be so many moving parts and place where it could fuck up. Like objects suddenly just rushing through space and it seems like it would give way to endless bugs.
