The post has a countdown beside it pointing to noon today. The icon for the Skycoder person is a Skull icon like Sombra's that's shown up everywhere. The entire ARG is hacker-themed with is Sombra's thing. And the code that appears on that glitch page forms a skull when run through a base64 decoder.
