Never felt any tension between Leon and Claire. Leon's gonna wait for his chance with Ada until they're both in their 80s, and Claire's so fucked up from Steve's death that she smoked herself old ruined her voice too and had a throw-away relationship with her boss.

I doubt it. They knew each other for like a day or 2, and he was a whining bitch for most of the time. It was upsetting to her, sure, but to say it messed her up is a stretch.

He said he loved her, even after only a day or two. Might have just been an overtime-like comment, but it seemed like they were playing it pretty straight with Steve.

Eh, I never delved that deep into it. It seemed like a "Oh shit, I'm about to die. Gotta say something to make things dramatic." moment.
