Only played Gex enter the gecko on n64.
It had a kinda strange atmosphere and the horror levels creeped me out as a kid.
But i kinda liked it.
But i generally think games with strange atmospheres are nice.
So like I also kinda enjoy Rayman 3.
They aren't the greatest games made, but none the less nice to at least have played and remember.

Used love Gex as a kid, probably one of my favorite games. I replayed it (the Enter the Gecjo that is) about 2 years ago and I realized just how mediocre it was, definitely one of those cases were replaying the game as an adult ruined the memory I had of it as a child.

There's a secret in the third game that's actually pretty challenging to get to, It's in one of the digital dimension levels I think. It's basically a tutorial box that links you to a website but they took the website down a while ago.
