I know you're memeing but Capcom at least did say they would look into an adjustment for the 8-frame delay after this year's CPT is over, so hopefully early 2017, but after the game being out for roughly a year everyone is going to have to adjust, so it'll be like everyone will be new to the game again.

I bought it when it came out and only played it for like a month. My friends and I are big into fighting games though, so I took the plunge the other day and now I'm finally trying to play. I'm using Alex until Urien comes out, at which point I will probably use Urien with a pocket Alex/Birdie. I wish this game was better though. Give me Marvel 4 or Smash NX.

The game already has an 8 frame input delay. Put that on top of the input delay/lag that comes from online play AND rollback, and you've got a pretty frustrating experience. That being said, enjoying online all depends on the player.

Capcom Japan said that, but shortly after Combofiend damage controlled and said that it wasn't intentional:

Although it looks like I was wrong when I said a fix was coming after the CPT ended, it looks like that was just speculation on Eventhub's behalf rather than Capcom making an official statement when the adjustment was coming.

Actually, what capcom said was "We are aware of the input delay but we won't do shit until CPT, and even then it's not sure we'll do something"

Ideally they would be working on an adjustment as the season goes on and have it ready to roll out after Capcom Cup. If they don't, it's not the end of the world, but I think this game could really benefit from lowering the input delay.

Also the only way to do well with Mika past gold is to have her passion press OS timing down pat and I just can't be assed to practice that for hours on end just so I can get to platinum and fight constant setplay

It sucks, I like fighting games but I get good at them too quickly. After a few weeks of casual play I end up matched with nothing but killers who have no job and spend all day playing and I'm simply not willing to invest the time to be the best of the best.
