Fable: The Lost Chapters if you haven't played it on PC and don't mind playing the console version.
Shenmue 2 if you don't mind watching a movie of the first game to understand it all.
Timesplitters 2 and Future Perfect. Great games, really fun stories and characters.
Blinx/Blinx 2. Both unique games that Microsoft tried to have at the beginning of the gen. Shame they retired him.
The Warriors. Great Beat-em-up. Has the plot for the movie as well as backstory to the event and additional backstory to how the Warriors were created.
All the Tony Hawk games, I think it's Pro Skater 4, Underground, Underground 2 and American Wasteland.
SSX 3 and Tricky.

meh, game is shit without the multiplayer. just play the PC version. that is assuming you have a PC right OP? because if not I can make some recs of xbox ports. a lot of the essential xbox games are on PC too and play/look much better.

Yeah I got a solid build with a GTX 970 in it. So I can run just about anything. I was more looking for Xbox exclusives. I'm kind of a collector.
