I can leave a dedicated server up as long as it has players, it's not very resource intensive to run it. You probably shot somebody during a race day, you lose a LOT of money during race day if you shoot. ALWAYS CHECK OBJECTIVES. It's amazing, bruh. Always can, but that game is way easier to ruin for every single person playing.

I play it on a Lenovo PC Stick and get ~30 FPS at 720p with the CPU Affinity option checked, and I opened the cfg file and set stencils to 2.
