Equating Halo books to the games and what you see in them is like saying Shadow of Mordor is Lord of the Rings. The games hardly you show you anything more but small glimpses of what's going on and they contradict the books all the time.

Lol stopped reading there. 5 has a really shit campaign aside from a couple levels, but it's multiplayer and forge are amazing.
Halo 3 Anniversary next year though, they could re-release MCC with that, have everything fixed, PC release was well with customs and co-op crossplay.
