The mix of Noir + futuristic is not so easy to find.
Gemini Rue definitely tries to ape it, I don't know that it succeeds, but worth a check if you like the genre.
In a weird way, I find Transistor with its Art Nouveau + Cyberpunk hits a similar note. Too bad I don't like the game itself much.
Recently released Dex, to a point. Not worth the price of admission, feels more like a fan game than anything, but still worth checking I guess.
