Get used to use the bolt action rifles. They're really good once you get the feel for them. Leave the mode advanced classes to people who know their shit until you start doing better and get used to the game.
I recommend enabling manual bolting from the options. Can't remember what exactly was it called but it makes it so that you have you click m1 once to fire and once to bolt the gun. If timed properly you'll do it faster than you would without the setting on and it enables some interesting gameplay like while sniping you can see if the shot lands before you bolt.
