Dreamt I was playing r6 siege as Tachanka but I couldn't actually get on my damn turret because of some stupid glitch that made it an invisible wall that I could get shot through. We won the round in my dream when I woke up and I barely got saved by a teammate but I've only ever played Tachanka once and had never played the snowy boat map before I had that dream.

I've had a lot of dreams involving video games but they're rarely if ever real games.

I once recall having a dream where I was playing a game involving exploring a post apocalyptic world. I went into a menu and saw an option called "yeti mode", and I got curious and turned it on. Then for the rest of the game I was being chased by a yeti.

had a dream recently where i had a foam boomerang. I was in a MGS-kind of a world and using a hitman styled map system to see shit around me. apparently the boomerang also had phasing so i was throwing it through walls to blow up turrets that were hidden around corners.

Then I realized how stupid it was tha I was destroying METAL TURRETS with a foam boomerang that basically had phasing and suddenly woke up

Could build turrets/barricades with one of those old source mod looking menus using a tv remote, could stop a team from doing it by taking their remote from the build room and chucking it the fuck out of the map

I dream about games but my head isn't good at dreaming. I slowly become aware its a dream and shit stops working.

In one example years ago it was Diablo 2. I was a Paladin getting swarmed by demons and keeping them at bay with a Mace and using Zeal. Over time I noticed the mace was disappearing and I was thinking I have to keep trying anyway. So I was swinging at demons with a mace that didn't exist but it was still striking demons, only much weaker than before. When I got overwhelmed I woke up.

In another I was in some GTA gang in a van during a high speed shoot out. Halfway through I realized the magazines were all empty, but the guns were still firing. I watched my gang mates "reloading" by taking the spent mag out...then putting it back in and resuming the fight. I tried that but it didn't work, so I started getting someone else to reload my gun (like how you'd have a two man musket team reloading and firing).

As a result, all of the familiar names on my server stopped logging in, one of my favorite guilds/clans of any game I've ever played disbanded and fragmented into several bitter splinter factions, and the sense of a "community" on servers dissipated with the onset of cross-realm zoning and dungeon matchmaking.
