People thought "procedurally generated" anything could ever be good.

I've ticketed Hello Games about it, but I haven't even got a response.

See if this game hadn't had a AAA marketing budget while still operating on an Indie development budget, they'd have more people, and be able to respond to tech support, and be able to make fixes to problems in relatively short time.... or, they'd have less customers, and be able to respond to them and address their problems.

But when it's still an indie development team, with millions of customers to deal with.

They're too small to deal with how much sales their marketing generated.
