I don't care about fighting games, so I guess they have Monster Hunter and Ace Attorney that I still buy. Not too bad to be honest. 2 franchises, no shame. It's more than I enjoy from most other devs.

From what I've seen of it so far, it's pretty neato. It may not be like the originals but if you haven't realized it was Capcom's plan to change style every 3 games then you might want to get that missing chromosome checked. I like that they're going back to a form of horror. I love me my spooks and scares.

I do still like them, but for years they were doing terribly. It's only in the last couple years that they seem to be improving (Umbrella Corps aside).

The difference between Capcom and Konami is Capcom realized how badly they fucked up (because unlike Konami it financially affected them) and they decided to change as a result. That and the people in charge of Capcom still give a shit about videogames.

I assumed they began working on it last year after the initial announcement. Fuck, I don't even need to see gameplay, I just want to know if it's fixed camera angles or not.

As shit as they have been in recent years, at least they didn't run away from gaming with tail in between legs like Konami has.

The other REmakes were fixed camera angles. So it's safe to assume that RE2 Remake will be as well

Honestly Capcom's problem isn't like Konami's. Konami's issue is that the top brass is full of terrible people who only care about profit and mistreat their employees. Capcom's problem is that unless you're into Street Fighter/MoHun/Ace Attourney, the creative heads of most of their series left the company, though not for the reasons the Konami employees did. Like for one, Kamiya said he would be willing to collaborate with Capcom on a game in the future (just not REmake 2, for very specific personal reasons)

Why does Leon have such a nice taste in Jackets. His jackets in 4 and 6 are cool as fuck and not video game cool where it looks nice on a character butmakes you look autistic if you wore it in real life.

Capcom and Konami were kings back then, releasing good game after good game. Now Konami is basically dead and Capcom rarely releases something really good. You know that videogames are dead when people eat up EA's shit like BF1 for $160.

They seem to not like continuing a series after all its creative heads are gone, with the exception of RE because 5 and 6 are their most profitable games ever.

I liked them. They've just neglected my favorite franchise for the last six years or so. I'm willing to let them back in my heart if they make another good Megaman, but not until it's made and released.

I'm fine with Capcom making other good games as well, I just have my own priorities. If they made another Darkstalkers or MvC, I'd be glad for fans of those series even if I don't get into fighting games.

I'd buy it purely because it means that we might get more. Plus Team Ninja is not Ninja Theory, Team Ninja has shown with Nioh that they still know how to make action games.

Their games haven't been good in a long while and their practices are simply unacceptable.

If monster hunter is announce for nx, what are the chances of them porting it to other platforms? They don't have some of kind of deal with Nintendo right?
