but then battlefield made the move to consoles. bf3 was just a cod-like stripped down bf2, bf4 was a cod-like less stripped down but still stripped down bf2.... and this looks like they are giving normal battlefield the Battlefront treatment i.e. making it so painfully pedestrian that there is absolutely no way anyone is ever gonna get confused.

I remember when Battlefield 1942 came out I was like 13 and I was so fucking hyped to holy hell, I went out and bought it when it came out and I couldn't get it to fucking run. When I finally did get it running it was unplayable.

When Battlefield 2 came out that shit was fucking unreal. It all flowed perfectly. It was balanced and the battles actually felt strategic and meaningful.

Battlefield 3 and 4 completely fucking sucked cock. The only times they felt strategic was when I had a decent team pinning and holocausting a shitty team, that was kind of fun. Other than that this franchise has really gone down the toilet like everything else the major studios do. Assassins Creed, Battlefield, why even mess with these phony studios?

Download Insurgency or even Rainbow Six Seige (I need to try it). Those games are actually tactical, and extremely enjoyable. Arma is another good one.

Battlefield has devolved into a stupid, loud toy for stupid people, all bells and whistles and no depth. IMO.

FT Light tank is OP as fuck, you almost can't die in the thing because no one knows how to use proper AT, even if they do it's very easy to just avoid dying by backing away and repairing in under 30 seconds.

Honestly, why the fuck would they even remove them? Why am I even asking? They removed them from 3 so they could later reintroduce them as 'new' features in 4 and still charge people $120 for the full experience. So glad I no longer have anything to do with DICE games. It's because the players spawned as a calvary which is a special class that replaces your selected loadout. Is it stupid that OP could kill the guy with a headrag with one shot? Yes, absolutely. The pickups in the game do the same thing where players with them have more health than usual. At least with those you can pretend it's reasonable since they give your character model plated armor.

Yeah, I've had some really good matches with people who help you with enemy positions, grenades throws when there is friendly fire, etc.
Sadly games like bf evolved into some sort of arcade shooter, which wouldn't be that bad actually if there existed a mode to play a more "serious" match idk (but still people would prefer the normal kind of game; fast paced shooter)

Well the thing is I don't consistently play those games, I just on and off them so the cheats are updated after patches.

I stopped playing competitively recently and started playing casually, competitive games are boring unless you have a huge local community to have it make a little more sense.

I noticed I did not enjoy video games because there video games, I just like ruining other peoples experience either with pure skill or a massive advantage but weighing my options on time and learning curve.

If it ever came down to playing with a group of friends I would not need cheats, but most of my friends are either stuck in csgo,league,HoN,dota2,overwatch forever and will never give other things a try. I'm getting burnt out after all these years and I just may buy battle field 1 and the last time I played battle field was battle field 2 was in an internet cafe.

Just enjoy the game. Is it just too much to just want players to just play without just hacking for just no reason other than just ruining everyone's fun? Just why do you do this? It just doesn't make sense.
