Is there a better third person shooter open world game than San Andreas?
Vice City is OK, GTA4 is lame, GTA5 was a step in the right direction but still too mature and too serious.
Any opinions? What about Saints Row and other GTA clones?

The driving in True Crime is utter garbage but it has much better shooting than GTA also the game stays fun with the sporadic crimes.

Total Overdose is barely openworld. They made it openworld for the sake of being openworld. There is nothing to do in the city aside from collectibles and occasional "kill-them-all" minigame. But it is good game.

You only had two pistols: one is more realistic but its a fucking peashooter, and the other is a hand-cannon that is used in weird dance-duels with other players.
I fucking hated pvp in SAMP because there was so little weapon variety. Can't wait for GTA:Network with GTA V's arsenal.
