I think fire rate is fine, maybe health a touch more. It's honestly pretty balanced IMO, people are only complaining because they haven't mastered their class lolol

flash is now a modern sports car, if the racer is an FR the Flash is a GT-R, it has superior grip and doesn't need to drift, it's so fags can pretend to be Takeshi Nakazato
