didn't experience any real heavy chopiness till i hit prague.
I left it on ultra but i had to set textures down to very high and shadows down to med
fixed most of the stuttering

I had really bad stutter at some point when I first tried playing it so I dropped it, But I came back to it a few months later and it didn't stutter any more. Best of luck fixing it though, it's a really great game

Do the run-of-the-mill troubleshoots
>turn off demanding graphical options and see if it improves
>re-install game
>re-install GPU drivers
>scan for malware/miners if pirate
>fresh windows install if you're dedicated enough
It's an AMD optimized game---iirc---meaning it should be fine.

On MD, check Nvidia Inspector--somehow the default settings had some form of VSYNC that cut my FPS directly in half. I jumped from mid 30s @ 1440p/medium-high settings to 50-70 FPS constant now at very high/high settings
I also use the overwatch sli bits
