This game, man.

I barely thought it would live up to the hype, let alone exceed it. I've been playing for four hours straight across only two systems and about five planets/moons, and it has been absolutely and utterly humbling. My breath is being taken away at every turn.

I just drowned trying desperately to make my way out of a dark underwater cave on a cold, lonely, massive planet, with ominous growling startling me from far across some rocky, eroded mountains against the backdrop of a massive dark blue system. Earlier I was marveling at a herd of grazing antelope-like creatures on a little yellow paradise of a moon with a pink sky. Creatures were screeching in the distance and tinkling piano chords played in the background.

I very much appreciate the technical and leveling aspects such as mining and trading, but most of all, this game has been an extremely emotional experience for me so far. I could barely pull myself away from my first system once I acquired the warp cell. No matter what I'm looking at, I have this excitement and this wonder and frustration that I am inevitably missing so much. I have never, EVER felt this lost. Space just beckons, wordlessly. What a beautiful, beautiful, titanic game. I have no words.

To be honest? I don't even really know.

I guess the people I have the most fun with and play more often is Mario and sometimes C. Falcon. I recently tried Falco with a friend and he was really fun as well with those reflects.

Wolf is a better character but I'm okay with playing Fox for another game.

This guy right here. Sure he sucks, but beating some try hard by throwing bacon off the stage and fucking up their recovery is incredibly satisfying.

Also 9's, Up-A #1 flag waving instead of taunting and his stupid nonsense manhole attack that has air boxes. He's literally the most fun character.

Game and Watch is a solid mid tier. It could be worse, you could be a puff/Ganon/Zelda/DDD main.

For Fun: Damn near the entire roster save for a few characters but generally Jiggs, Pikachu, Marth, Wii Fit, Bowser Jr., Yoshi, and if I'm shooting for full-on shits and giggles then Little Mac.

why have ONE kill moves when ALL your moves could be kill moves?

S4 Falco is a mediocre combo based character, Brawl Falco is camping lasers and chain grabs. Brawl's is more effective, but I can definitely see why you'd enjoy him more even if he's worse.

I used to main Fox and Donkey Kong with a side of Game and Watch but now I've been trying to switch to going solo Ryu even if I'm getting my ass beat because he's really the only interesting character in the game to play and when you get into a sort of Ryu groove it feels as close to rewarding as Sm4sh can really get if you pull off a filthy footstool combo on someone who was challenging for you.

My SF main is Zangief though I wish they put him in instead of Ryu desu doing 360s in Smash for command killthrows would be fucking sick fuck.

G&W is delicious.

Mario is such an annoying shit, whereas the almost-broken Cloud is a more fun Little-Mac fight. Just get Cloud offstage and he's dead, but he's so much easier to deal with than Mario or Little Mac

Is there any point to up tilt? Up smash is faster and strong and covers more space.

Doc, mostly because I've never liked memorizing follow ups, so I picked a character with none, and then he just stuck. Nair, Bair, pills, and tornado turn out to be some of the coolest attacks in the game.

This is Jigglypuff

Jigglypuff is sad because she is lowest of the low tiers and has some of the worst match ups in Smash 4 against most of the cast.

Jigglypuff wishes she was never chosen as a joke character in Smash 64 because after the major changes in how hitstun works from melee to brawl she was nerfed hard and her b-air was nerfed as well.

Jigglypuff is extremely cute and innocent and doesn't look like a character that belongs in a fighting game like Smash.

Jigglypuff had a really hard day on For Glory today and got bodied hard by a bunch of braindead Cloud players.

Actually, her jumping rest is pretty good for combos, and spinphony is at least ok kind of for edgeguarding in certain matchups, which already makes it better the default sing.
