Libertus irked me a bit in character and his actual voice. I can't tell if it was the VA, or if syncing the models mouth movements was impossible, it was a bit weird at times. But lets be real, his accent was spotty at best. But he was a cool dude.

That movie was terrible. I mean, that fucking pacing, holy shit. I don't know what I expected

for a 2 hour fucking movie it felt extremely rushed

I have somewhat of a synopsis of Versus 13 and the changes to make it 15.

I think in V13, the opening sequence was supposed to include Noctis and the crew in Insomnia when the Nifs attack. And they were supposed to fight back and try to secure the crystal.

The reason Stella and Noctis were against each other was that Stella was forced to fight against him. Remember, Tenebrae got taken over by Niflheim, so they force her to fight or they'll kill her people.

Then, when Niflheim steals the crystal and leaves, Noctis and crew go to the palace and find out that Regis is dead and the crystal is gone. That's when Noctis appears at the end of the 2011 trailer and is royally pissed. He asks Ignis if he has a plan for revenge and Ignis replies that they'll make Niflheim pay. So they escape the city and decide to go after Niflheim for revenge. In their quest for revenge some God-level threat shows up and that's final boss.

Clarus (pic related) prolly ended up betraying Regis a la Claudius from Hamlet, originally. Which is why the game would have fit into the "tragic" theme that Nomura wanted. Gladio would have to kill his dad because his friendship to Noct was so strong. Noctis would have to kill Stella because she stands in his way to retrieve the crystal. Insomnia would be destroyed and they're really be nothing to rule again.

But Tabata justed V13, so all this shit doesn't happen any more. Instead, Noctis is on a fun road trip with his buddies singing Stand By Me. Fuck this gay earth.
