It was my first Ps1 game and I loved it. Completed it many times. Then the entire internet told me it was shit ;_;

If you are seriously defending Dawn of the Dragon, you need to reevaluate your life. DotD is the one and only game to date that I have ever stopped playing within the first 30 mins out of disgust. It basically marked Spyros death.

It's a classic example of it's a fun game (when played with a partner) but it's not a good Spyro game. Personally I played it with my partner and enjoyed it a lot.

Agreed. But what about the hunter model? The flat teethed dragons? THE FUCKING HUNTER RETCONNING? It had huge issues.

Everyone seems to agree that this wasn't that good.

Personally I think it's an okay game, and the multiplayer (back when it was still alive) was pretty damn fun.
