The Variant Scythe absolutely rapes Gboro-Gboros. I love it.

Playing Resurrection. Having fun with the Scythe and Buster type weapons. Currently Lindow is gone.

But every fucking one said the hammer is good, same for any weapon, each one of them have a fun factor. I use long sword and infinite combo is fun however in god eater 2 I can also infinite step.

I haven't tried all of them yet but

For aerial enemies I use the comet strike skill for hard hits, skyfish is good for staying in the air but it can lead to swinging at the air instead of the enemy because of how much it makes you move.

Crimson glide is simple and reliable, and I forgot the name but against some enemies I also use the stationary one that converts your ground charge dash into a strong stab. I need to try out some of the normal attack ones.

I already did in resurrection, the only annoying thing was that shit covering her rear legs.

Really having fun with the new weapons and predator style. Makes you feel so much more powerful and mobile. Difficulty is ramping up now, so let'S see how this turns out. Maybe multiplayer actually will make sense now, because the mission will are not all

Yeah not having that dash predator style in 2 is painful. I hope they have both predator styles and blood arts (or another gimmick that fills a similar niche of changing attack properties or animations) in GE3. I can almost salivate at how good it'd be to incorporate those two mechanics.

Huh, is there any way to make it so doing the mid combo transformation to gun mode doesn't automatically make you use the special gun skill in Rage Burst? I know there was a setting to change that in Resurrection but I can't find it.

Even if it's not craftable at the moment it should be eventually if you keep progressing.

I use skyfish for flying ones, Storm Type B for slow moving ones, and Crimson Glide for fast moving ones.

That's what I'll end up doing then, the shield can wait a bit longer.

In God eater R is there anyway to rebind keys that do multiple things? Like the toggle weapon form/sprint button, can I separate the sprint to another button somehow? It annoys me that so many things are bound to one key.

Crimson Dive for Aragami with fast and hectic movement patterns and/or ones that have weakspots that are annoying to hit, Crescendo for everything else. It does absolutely silly damage, my gear is pretty behind and it still hits for around 8-9k

In later parts the game pits you in multiple scenarios against multiple enemies with different and sometimes conflicting elemental weaknesses and resistances. In those cases a non elemental weapon would be good unless you had a multi element weapon with the right combination.

They fucked up the online for each system with region locking.

´There is missions where you fight multiple big Aragami that have opposing weaknesses/strengths, so if you pick a weapon that's strong against one of them it'd be abysmally weak against the other, dealing almost no damage.
Honestly I've mainly been sticking to neutral weapons, but that's mainly laziness

I'm starting with resurrection but I'll probably stick with the single player unless the later missions are way too hard to handle.

I only know about a few people, but everyone I know on PC but one went for Rage Burst because they'd played through Burst first, with the one who hadn't going Ress because he didn't finish burst (though he was into the Burst content)

I usually tend to do that as well but I found that the difference between hitting a weakspot with a element or just a non-elemental one can be pretty big in this game.

Resurrection is Burst+ basically. It has more content so you can either stop playing Burst, or cancel Resurrection. 2 has more content and If you don't care for story I'd recommend skipping to 2. You got blood arts, 3 new weapons and a shotgun, new monsters, and clothing options.

I think to craft consumables you go the trade items menu in the craft section

I'm in EU, burst only costs £3.29 on PSN and resurrection comes free with 2 so I'm not too bothered. Just bought Burst to try it out not thinking I'd get so into it!
I'll probably stop playing for tonight as my physical copy of 2 and resurrection comes tomorrow so I can start resurrection from the beginning.
